What is our delivery fee?
Starting 1 February 2024, we will be updating our delivery fee and charging based on distance. Delivery fees range from $4 to $6. It will be subjected to 9% GST.
Do we get to enjoy Free Delivery?
Yes, of course! For orders that are $60 and above, delivery fee will be waived. This is based on subtotal (solely on the value of the items you have ordered, excluding taxes and other charges).
Is there a minimum spend for delivery orders?
You are only require to spend a minimum of $20 for delivery order. This is based on subtotal (solely on the value of the items you have ordered, excluding taxes and other charges).
Are there any other charges?
Here are some of the charges that you may encounter for your delivery orders:
Public Holiday Surcharge: This is applicable to delivery orders made on public holidays and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc. A surcharge of $3 will be added to your order (in addition to our delivery fee, if applicable). This is subjected to 9% GST.
Petrol Surcharge: Starting April 2022, we will be charging a nominal fee of $0.50 per delivery order (in addition to our delivery fee, if applicable). This fee will be entirely passed on to our riders to help them with the raising petrol price. This will be reviewed on a weekly basis. It is now not subjected to 9% GST.
The Web Order Terms, and any disputes arising from the Web Order Terms, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to these Web Order Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of these Web Order Terms.
The management of Spizza Pte Ltd also reserves the right to amend any of the above without prior notice.
