Cashback is earned when you place a dine-in, takeaway, or delivery order directly through this website or the Spizza mobile app. To qualify, you’ll need to sign up and log in before checking out your order.

• If the subtotal of your order is below $50, you are entitled to a cashback rate of 10%.
  

• If the subtotal of your order is $50 and above, you are entitled to a cashback rate of 15%.
  

Cashback is calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding delivery fees, service charges, government taxes, and discounts.

*Please note that assisted orders made through our service staff or customer care team are not eligible. Cashback is also not awarded for combo deals, as these are already discounted.

Your cashback will be reflected in your profile by the next business day after your order is fulfilled.

On the app, log in to see your balance at the top of the homepage. For full history, go to ‘My Activity’ → ‘Point Transactions’.

On desktop, log in, click your name, and select ‘My Gifts’ — your balance will appear in the pop-up.

We’ll notify you by app or email when cashback is earned or about to expire.

You can redeem cashback at checkout under the COMO Payment section. Your balance will be shown, and you can choose how much to use — up to $50 per order.

If the COMO section doesn’t appear, you’re likely not logged in.

Yes — cashback is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Unused cashback will be forfeited automatically and cannot be extended.

You can redeem either a Gift, a Promo Code, or Cashback in a single order — not all at once. To use Cashback, skip the Gift or Promo Code selection during checkout.

You’ll still earn cashback even when using a redemption.

Note: Cashback and Gifts can’t be combined with other in-house or partner promotions.

All members receive a $20 voucher during their birthday month — automatically added to your profile on the 1st of the month. It’s valid for 30 days, so make sure your birthdate is saved in your account.

To redeem, simply log in and apply it online for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. A minimum spend of $40 (excluding fees and taxes) is required. Voucher redemptions aren’t available through assisted orders.

New sign-ups are entitled to a $5 Welcome Voucher upon successful registration. To view and redeem, new members are required to login. Click here to sign-up right away!

If you’ve been a member of Spizza For Friend Rewards Programme, you will also receive a $5 Welcome Voucher during our launch in February 2022. This can be found under ‘My Gifts’, upon logging in. The validity of this $5 Welcome Gift has been extended till 31st March 2022.

Refer a friend to join our rewards programme and you’ll both receive a complimentary 12” pizza (worth up to $27.50).

To qualify, your friend must use your unique referral promo code when placing their first order. A minimum spend of $40 (excluding fees and taxes) is required for both the referrer and referee to redeem the voucher.

Once your friend completes their first order, the pizza voucher will be credited to your account. Vouchers are valid for 30 days, and there’s no limit to how many friends you can refer — or how many free pizzas you can earn.

The Web Order Terms, and any disputes arising from the Web Order Terms, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to these Web Order Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of these Web Order Terms.

The management of Spizza Pte Ltd also reserves the right to amend any of the above without prior notice.
