Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and typically range from $4.50 to $8.

Yes. Free delivery applies for orders of $60 and above, based on subtotal before GST and other charges.

Yes. A minimum order of $30 subtotal is required for all delivery orders.

Yes. A $3 surcharge applies on public holidays and special occasions.
A $0.80 petrol surcharge also applies per order and is fully passed on to our delivery riders. Applicable charges are subject to GST. -
Estimated delivery time is approximately 45 minutes from the time your order has been successfully sent, subject to traffic and order volume.

You may choose to receive your refund as Spizza credit or back to your original mode of payment.

A $3 refund processing fee applies to online orders that have been successfully submitted and paid via credit card.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding bank processing time.

If a new replacement order is placed at a lower value than the original order, the $3 refund processing fee will apply (for refunds back to the original mode of payment).

When is the refund fee waived?
The $3 refund processing fee will be waived if you choose to receive your refund as Spizza credit.It will also be waived in cases of:
The customer chooses Spizza credit
System errors resulting in duplicate order or payment
A replacement order is placed at the same value or higher than the original order
