Delivery FAQ

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and typically range from $4.50 to $8.

    All delivery fees are subject to prevailing GST.

  • Yes. Free delivery applies for orders of $60 and above, based on subtotal before GST and other charges.

  • Starting 11 August 2026, a minimum order of $35 is required for all delivery orders, excluding:

    • Sentosa: Minimum order of $50

    • Tuas: Minimum order of $80

  • Yes. A $3 surcharge applies on public holidays and special occasions.

    A $0.80 petrol surcharge also applies per order and is fully passed on to our delivery riders. Applicable charges are subject to GST.

  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 45 minutes from the time your order has been successfully sent, subject to traffic and order volume.

  • Instant refund with no refund fee, credited directly to your Spizza account.
    If you do not have an account yet, you may sign up here to receive your credits.

  • If a new replacement order is placed at a lower value than the original order, the $3 refund processing fee will apply (for refunds back to the original mode of payment).

  • When is the refund fee waived?
    The $3 refund processing fee will be waived if you choose to receive your refund as Spizza credit.

    It will also be waived in cases of:

    • The customer chooses Spizza credit

    • System errors resulting in duplicate order or payment

    • A replacement order is placed at the same value or higher than the original order
