What is Spizza for Friends Rewards Programme?

Since opening our first restaurant in 2002, we've always considered every customer who walks through our doors—or invites us into their homes by having us delivered—a dear friend who is allowing us to be part of their meals and celebrations amongst some of their nearest and dearest.

As such, we've decided to mark 2 decades of old friends and welcome many more new ones to come with our new Spizza for Friends rewards programme - a way of thanking each and every one of you for being our friend, with rewards awaiting every time you dine with us. With our Spizza for Friends Rewards Programme, you can enjoy the perks of being a Spizza friend with:

  • Earn up to 15% cashback on your bill subtotal when you order independently on our ordering platform.

  • Receive a $20 Spizza Birthday voucher (automatically credited to your gift list on the start of your birthday month).

How do we earn CASHBACK on our Spizza orders?

Cashback, think of them as credits that you have earned when you made an order independently with us, and can be used for your next order(s). This is applicable to dine-in, pick-up (takeaway) and delivery orders made via www.spizza.sg or Spizza mobile app. To qualify, you are required to sign up (if you haven’t so) and login before checking out your order.

Calculation - The more you spend the more you will earn.

  • If the subtotal of your order is below $50, you are entitled to a cashback rate of 10%.

  • If the subtotal of your order is $50 and above, you are entitled to a cashback rate of 15%.

Cashback are calculated based on the subtotal value of the order excluding delivery fees, service charge, government taxes and discounts.

*Assisted order (made through our service staff/ customer care team) is not entitled to cashback privileges.
*Cashback will not be accumulated for combos as they are already discounted.

Where can I check my Cashback Balance?

Status - Once your order is confirmed and fulfilled, the cashback will be reflected on your Profile by the next business day. My Profile is easily accessible on our mobile app (don’t forget to login first) or ordering page.

  • Mobile app: Login (if you haven’t done so), and you will see your cashback balance at the top section of our homepage, together with gifts (if you’re entitled). For detailed transaction history, you may click on your name (on the homepage), followed by ‘My Activity’ (represented by a heart icon) and lastly select ‘Point Transactions’ in the drop down menu.

  • Ordering page: Upon logging in (top right corner), then click on your name and select ‘My Gifts’ in the drop down menu. Your cashback balance will be reflect on the top of the pop-up window, and if you have any gifts to redeem, it will be shown here too.

Notifications - You will informed through push notification (as you can tell, it’s mighty useful to have our App installed on your phone, not forgetting to enable notifications for the app) when cashback is earned and when your cashback is about to expiry. For non-app members, you will be notified through email should you have cashback that are expiring in 30 days.

Where do I redeem my Cashback?

Redemption - You can choose to utilise your cashback at our check out page under ‘COMO Payment’ section, just below ‘Customer Details’. Cashback balance will be shown and you may indicate the amount that you would like to redeem. Click on ‘Pay Via Como’ to confirm. This will then be discounted in ‘Payment Method’ section as COMO Payment. If ‘COMO Payment’ section does not show up, it means that you are not logged in and unable to retrieve your data.

Maximum redemption - You can redeem up to $50 worth of cashback in a single order.

Will the Cashback expire?

Cashback is valid for 90 day from the date of issue. Unused cashback will be forfeited. Unfortunately we are unable to extend them as it is all programmed.

Am I allowed to redeem and earn Cashback along with other privileges in the same order?

You may choose to redeem existing Cashback or select a Gift/ Promo Code to apply to your order. Please note that login is required for such redemptions; Gift/ Promo Code/ Cashback. When you have finalised your order and click on “Go To Checkout”, a pop-up window presents your existing Gifts as well as an option to enter Promo Code. If you wish to use neither of them (Gift or Promo Code), you can then choose to use your Cashback (under COMO Payment) to offset your bill on the Checkout page. If you have selected a Gift or entered a Promo Code prior to Checkout page, you will not longer see the option to redeem Cashback.

What’s great is that you will still earn Cashback on orders with redemption made!

Cashback and Gifts cannot be used (redeem or earn) in conjunction with any other in-house or partners’ promotions:

  • In-house promotions includes Weekday 1-for-1 Takeout, Weekday Lunch 1-for-1 Dine-in and Weekday $12 Lunch.

  • External/ Partners’ promotions includes; AMEX Love Dining (dine-in only), Citibank Bon Appetit (Feb-Mar 2022), Entertainer 1-for-1, Chope Vouchers and Eatigo.

What is the $20 Birthday voucher?

Spizza rewards all our members by gifting them a $20 Spizza voucher on their birth month. This is automatically tagged to your profile on the 1st day of your birth month and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Just be sure to provide us your birth date under your profile. New sign-ups will be entitled to this birthday treat too!

Terms of use:

  • Like all member’s privileges, you are required to login and redeem it online. Redemption is unavailable for assisted orders (via service staff or customer care team). Applicable to dine-in, pick-up (takeaway) and delivery order.

  • A minimum spend of $40 order value (excluding delivery fees, service charge and government taxes) on a single transaction is required to redeem the birthday voucher.

How do I get the $5 Welcome Gift?

New sign-ups are entitled to a $5 Welcome Voucher upon successful registration. To view and redeem, new members are required to login. Click here to sign-up right away!

If you’ve been a member of Spizza For Friend Rewards Programme, you will also receive a $5 Welcome Voucher during our launch in February 2022. This can be found under ‘My Gifts’, upon logging in. The validity of this $5 Welcome Gift has been extended till 31st March 2022.

How does your referral rewards work?

Refer a friend to join our rewards programme and enjoy a complimentary 12” pizza each.

  • Pizza selection includes all 12” pizzas on our menu, with a maximum value of $27.50

  • A minimum spend of $40 order value (excluding delivery fees, service charge and government taxes) on a single transaction is required for both referer and referee to redeem the complimentary pizza.

  • The referee is required to use the promo code generated by the referer to redeem the complimentary pizza voucher, and is limited to one-time redemption only

  • The complimentary pizza voucher is automatically credited to the referer’s membership account upon referee’s first order made using the promo code

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals and complimentary pizza vouchers a referer can make and redeem

  • Redemption of complimentary pizza voucher is valid for 30 days for both referer and referee.

What are the other terms & conditions?

The Web Order Terms, and any disputes arising from the Web Order Terms, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to these Web Order Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of these Web Order Terms.

The management of Spizza Pte Ltd also reserves the right to amend any of the above without prior notice.
